What to Bring

What to bring for the river?

Absolutely no cotton clothing, flip flops or Croc's.

  • A well fitted bathing suit.
  • Thin long sleeve synthetic shirt (Lifa / Louis Garneau) or thin fleece sweater.
  • Sport sandals or aquatic booties, even an old pair of running shoes that fit securely so you're able to swim without loosing them.
  • Sun block.
  • Straps for eye wear. (if required)
  • Any medication. (you must advise your guide)

  • For colder weather (usually for trips before June 1st):
    • Wool tuque.
    • Wool, neoprene, or fleece gloves.
    • Thin wool or fleece sweater.
    • Thin nylon jacket (windbreaker or K-Way).
    • Wool, or neoprene socks.

Off the river:
  • A fresh change of clothes and footwear.
  • A Towel.
  • Valid ID card. (drivers licence, Medicare card, student ID)
  • Cash / Interac / Visa / Master Card. (Rental services, "Aprez Rafting" refreshments, souvenirs, & Photos)

What NOT to bring:
  • Jewelery or valuable objects.
  • Drugs or alcohol.
  • pets.

What to bring when playing paintball?

On the Field:
  • Sturdy combat boots or hiking boots with good ankle support.
  • Valid ID card (drivers license. Medicare card, student ID)
  • Cash / Interac / Visa / Mastercard. (Rental services, “Aprez Paintball” refreshments, souvenirs, & Photos)

  • For colder weather (Spring and Fall):
    • Tuque.
    • Gloves.
    • Synthetic long underwear. (Lifa / Louis Garneau)
    • Fleece sweater.

What NOT to bring:
  • Jewelery or valuable objects.
  • Drugs or alcohol.
  • Pets.

What to bring when camping?

  • Camping gear
  • Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tarp
  • Camp stove & food
  • Towel & toiletries (Soap, shampoo etc.. biodegradable)
  • Lantern, flashlight, or head lamp
  • Cash (if you wish to purchase firewood)
